Facilities Coordinator

Robert Half are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based in London.

The role is for an initial 6 Month Contract Period, paying between £24,000 - £26,000. This role is based on site.

The role of Facilities Coordinator will involve being present at the Front of House, Providing Support to line managers.

Full Responsibilities include -

• Space Planning & Collaboration with internal Stake Holders to understand needs
• Ensure offices and workstations are properly equipped
• Procure furniture & install
• Maintain floor plans & space utilisation records
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for routine maintenance and repairs
• Perform regular inspections of Facilities
• Respond to facility service requests
• Monitor and schedule maintenance tasks
• Negotiate contracts & service Level agreements
• Manage vendor relationships

Previous experience within a Facilities role will be needed for this role.
