IT Infrastructure Engineer
Morpeth/Onsite
£30,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT systems infrastructure at the Morpeth site.
• Function as the level 3 escalation point for technical issues.
• Monitor service metrics and adjust processes for optimal performance.
• Support IT operations with technical assessments and design of infrastructure solutions.
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and vendors for complex technical solutions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an IT infrastructure role.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and VMWare.
• Familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco switches), SQL, and Veeam backup solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities.
