PLEASE NOTE:-This is NOT a Azure/AWS focused role, as they have a private cloud (on-prem), however you will get exposure to these.

Description for the Infrastructure Engineer role:- This is a fantastic opportunity with a technology division of a global company. The role will involve working in a Infrastructure/DevOps team in a fast-paced technology environment and requires a good understanding of Kubernetes and Linux administration. Ideally you should possess knowledge of virtualisation technologies, Ansible and networking principles. This will be joining their growing practise and will offer great opportunities for career growth.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid if you live in the Newcastle area and prefer it - You choose!

Experience required for the Infrastructure Engineer roles:-

• 2yrs+ commercial experience in an infrastructure / DevOps role
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Solid Kubernetes knowledge
• Networking/Security understanding/experience
• Ansible, Docker
• Scripting

Salary for the Infrastructure Engineer roles will be negotiable dependent on experience but expect £40,000 to £60,000 basic + benefits package depending on experience.
