IT Infrastructure Engineer
Newcastle/Hybrid
£35,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure smooth IT operations across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and new technologies.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations within Active Directory.
• Oversee hybrid work solutions, ensuring remote access and seamless connectivity.
• Document technical processes, best practices, and IT procedures to ensure efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure is a plus.
