Client Details

My client is a health-conscious food challenger brand that is rapidly growing. Having only started a few years ago, they've gone from strength to strength, and are building up their team as they continue their expansion into retail.

Description

  • Manage and construct strong relationships with key accounts
  • Own P&L Management and forecasting for retail customers
  • Utilize category data to effectively communicate, sell-in recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to grow the business
  • Identifying market trends and patterns, in order to stay ahead of competitors

Profile

A successful National Account Manager (Food) should have:

  • 2+ years FMCG experience working in a Sales, Category management or Grad scheme
  • Previous experience working with retailers (grocery is preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial understanding of P&L, selling and negotiating
  • Comfortable working with Excel, handling and presenting data
  • Effectively channel a story, to engage with buyers and secure listings
  • Work from the Central London office 3 days per week
