My client is a health-conscious food challenger brand that is rapidly growing. Having only started a few years ago, they've gone from strength to strength, and are building up their team as they continue their expansion into retail.
Description
- Manage and construct strong relationships with key accounts
- Own P&L Management and forecasting for retail customers
- Utilize category data to effectively communicate, sell-in recommendations.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to grow the business
- Identifying market trends and patterns, in order to stay ahead of competitors
Profile
A successful National Account Manager (Food) should have:
- 2+ years FMCG experience working in a Sales, Category management or Grad scheme
- Previous experience working with retailers (grocery is preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Commercial understanding of P&L, selling and negotiating
- Comfortable working with Excel, handling and presenting data
- Effectively channel a story, to engage with buyers and secure listings
- Work from the Central London office 3 days per week
