A highly regarded law firm in Leeds is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their Facilities Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting, to work in a friendly, professional environment. You will play a key role in providing administrative support across various office functions, ensuring a high level of client care and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Duties include

  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Binding and document management
  • Post receipt and delivery court deliveries
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard
  • Replenishment of stationery and refreshments within the office meeting rooms
