Nigel Wright is looking for a Temporary Administrator to work within the Legal team of one of our key clients. This is a role that would suit a strong Administrator with some knowledge of the legal sector/ legal documentation.

The role...
Due to absence within the team additional support is required during a busy time to assist with incoming work. Some of the daily duties will involve:
- Managing the Legal Inbox
- Assessing tasks and distributing to the the relevant person or team
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders on progress of work
- Providing reports for management regarding workload levels
- Assisting with general ad hoc administration duties as required within the team.
What we are looking for?This is an Temporary Administration role; however some knowledge of legal documentation would be highly beneficial. Would suit perhaps a Legal Graduate looking to further build on their Admin experience or someone who has worked within a similar legal Admin role/team previously. Some of the skills and experience we are looking for are:
- Ability to use own initiative to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- High levels of accuracy
- Good communicator both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel, Word, Outlook will be required
- A proactive approach and willingness to provide support where needed within the team
