Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised law firm for a Legal PA to join their Real Estate team. As a Legal Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing professional, proactive, and confidential support to senior Partners. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Personal Assistant:

  • Support Partners and fee earners with end-to-end client and matter opening processes.
  • Provide financial administration support, coordinating with billing and finance teams.
  • Manage documentation for the team, undertaking urgent document work and collaborating with the document production team for larger projects.
  • Offer meeting support including drafting agendas, meeting and document preparation, room and IT set up.
  • Provide effective mailbox, diary, and travel management, taking initiative and ensuring any conflicts are resolved.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Partners, liaising with clients and providing exceptional service, being responsive to all requests.

Skills and Experience Required:

For the Legal Personal Assistant role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. Experience with Real Estate or Property is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and balance competing tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels in a professional environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the initiative to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Thriving in a team-oriented environment.
