Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? This client has a great opportunity as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on high-profile contracts throughout the South West.

This company are a leading utilities contractor providing network and infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to successful partnership they have established themselves at the forefront of the market and are now poised to capitalise on that as they drive forward with their strategic business plan

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dedicated Commercial Team, driving profit maximisation and risk reduction, with clear pathways for professional growth.
The Role:

• Acting as the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the South west region
• Producing site commercial manuals and variation records.
• Ensuring compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards through adherence to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.

The Person:

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law (NEC3/4) and contract costing.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Full UK Driving License.
