Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic and innovative team?

Our clients are committed to delivering tailored solutions through a multi-disciplinary approach, catering to a diverse range of projects-from small domestic works to multi-million-pound commercial architecture projects. Our clients include homeowners, developers, and businesses across various sectors.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Administering JCT contracts
• Conducting site valuations
• Preparing detailed reports for our architecture team
• Developing pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.

• For Senior Applicants: A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision.
• For Junior Applicants: Some experience in quantity surveying is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You will be expected to be in the office three days a week, ideally in Bath on Wednesdays for team catch-ups.

This role covers the areas of Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, Stroud, and parts of Wiltshire.
