We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of diverse and high-profile projects, ranging from educational refurbishments and residential developments to commercial renovations. Project GDVs typically range from £300k to £5m. You'll collaborate closely with clients, including local authorities, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cost management process across multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert advice on cost planning, tendering, and financial control, ensuring value for money.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, contributing to the firm's impressive 60% repeat business rate.
