Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Registered Manager to join our team in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position overseeing a 2-bed EBD service. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a strong background in managing children's residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 2-bed EBD service.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and staff.
• Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing children's residential services.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in children's care.
