Position: Registered Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000
Our client has a brand-new children's home based in Bradford, where they are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a staff team who will provide high quality care and support for up to 4 vulnerable young people between the ages of 8-18 yrs.
As the Registered Manager, you will need to have experience supporting individuals with EBD and Complex Care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment and care to providing children and young people the highest quality of care and support
- Be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met, in line with Ofsted's
- Continuous support and leadership to the staff team's knowledge and understanding of child protection practices and processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People's Workforce or Equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Legislation's
- Experience leading a team effectively to provide the highest quality of care and support to Children and Young People in a residential setting
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Driver and ability to commute to Bradford
