Market Support Manager

Acorn by Synergie is searching for German speaking Market Support Manager to join their client, a leading manufacturing business in Flint, North Wales.

Primarily focused on the German market, the purpose of the role is to support European Business Managers in the management and development of the company sales for a designated portfolio of customer accounts.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

* Managing the NPD process which will include originate a critical path for each project, drawing up and maintaining a project management schedule for each customer project, relevant internal documentation, co-ordinate and manage the artwork process, attend first production runs and prepare customer samples.

* Translation into English of customer communication.

* Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide regular updates and highlight potential issues.

* Manage the administration for opening new customer accounts.

* Maintain the customer price files.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of the manufacturing process, the ability to lead projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full. Must have a strong appreciation of the NPD process and fluency in German is essential.
