Estate Agent’s Role Requirements:
Business generation by the way of proactive outbound calling
Conducting market appraisals for new listings
Keeping up to date with market trends
Managing property listings through company’s CRM
Qualifying leads and arranging viewings
Representing as the negotiator between parties to come to suitable outcomes
Keeping accurate and up to date records of listings, clients, owners and landlords
Keeping in regular contact with clients to build strong relationships ensuring trust and transparency
What you will need:
A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to expand your knowledge in the sector
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively to achieve a desired outcome
A proactive and energetic work ethic
To be presentable as smart business attire is required at all times
Strong networking skills
