About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least three years of experience in SEO, website performance analysis, and digital marketing strategy. If you are passionate about improving organic search rankings, optimising digital campaigns, and using data to enhance marketing performance, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing website traffic, SEO performance, and digital campaign effectiveness to optimise Pharmica’s online presence. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing specialists to drive organic growth, improve search rankings, and ensure best practices in digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Website Performance Optimisation:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic growth.

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and technical SEO audits, and content optimisation.

  • Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO factors.

  • Track and analyse Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or other SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Digital Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

  • Generate performance reports, analysing trends and providing actionable insights.

  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and content to improve conversion rates.

Content & Digital Marketing Optimisation:

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content.

  • Optimise meta tags, internal linking, and site structure for improved search visibility.

  • Support paid search and social media campaigns with data insights and performance tracking.

Competitor & Market Research:

  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark Pharmica’s digital performance.

  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and digital marketing trends.

  • Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Essential Skills & QualificationsEducation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in SEO, digital marketing analysis, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.

  • Experience in technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and page speed optimisation.

  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, HTML, and JavaScript for tracking implementation (preferred but not essential).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate insights effectively and collaborate across teams.

Additional InformationCompensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: £35,000-£50,000 per year (based on experience).
