This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies

THE ROLE

As a CRM Campaign Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• You will be embedded in one of their retail client's CRM teams
• Building campaigns as well as managing internal stakeholders and the client's stakeholders
• You will be running existing email triggers, loyalty campaigns and BAU
• You will work alongside client services who will be managing the governance side of things

Your Skills And Experience

• Previous CRM experience
• Hands-on experience with setting up multi-channel campaigns
• Experience with any CRM tool like Braze, Bloomreach, Salesforce, Adobe
• Retail/Agency experience is a plus
