Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Salary: DOE
Hours: Part Time. 24.75 hours. 3 days a week.
Location: Bristol, hybrid after probation.

Your day to day:
Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers, with the support of two assistants, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, exchanges, and compliance checks.
Networking and marketing when required.

The ideal applicant:
* Local market knowledge
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) or Licensed Conveyancer
* Experienced in Residential Property transactions from inception to completion. You should be comfortable handling compliance tasks, such as reviewing documentation and analysing source of funds for AML purposes.
* Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, and conducting exchanges of contracts is essential.
* A strong understanding of conveyancing practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.
