Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established high-street law firm? Our client has recently relocated to modern offices and is seeking a skilled professional to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
• Deliver exceptional client care, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Work independently while contributing to the collaborative success of the team.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
