Position: Residential Conveyancer 3PQE+ 
Salary: Upwards of £40,000 based on experience

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with a minimum of 3PQE in Residential Conveyancing. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the role offers the flexibility of remote work with a requirement to be in the office three days a week, access to dedicated paralegal and support staff, and an annual payment of at least 10% of all billings above target.
