My client, who are a well reputed construction management business, is seeking an experienced, competent and trust-worthy Administrator to join their friendly team.
The role duties are as follows;
To assist in the production and issue of project documentation including monthly reports, minutes/meeting notes, producing information packs, general office duties together with a good telephone manner.
We are seeking a very competent and efficient person working within a small team, with proficient typing skills together with extensive knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office software/applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Office Emails.
Hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
