• Work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
• Provide 1:1 support to help pupils manage behaviour and engage in learning.
• Promote positive attitudes and resilience in young learners.

Requirements:

• Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH in an educational setting.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with pupils.
• A commitment to improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
