Assistant Finance Manager

A great opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join an international charity, working closely with the Financial Controller and as part of a supportive and collaborative finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified Accountant with a strong working knowledge of Xero & Excel. This position offers generous holidays, progression and the opportunity to work 1 day from home.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of management accounts, accruals and month-end journals.
* Performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assisting with daily consolidations and charity payment runs.
* Maintaining petty cash records and reconciling monthly accounts.
* Reconciling accounts receivables
* Preparing VAT returns.

Key Skills and Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong working knowledge of Xero & Excel (essential).
* Qualified or part-qualified in AAT/CIMA/ACCA.
