Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a well established SME based in Ferndown, Dorset, how have the newly generated requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a newly generated role which will primarily focus on team management and maintenance of the day to day finance function, freeing up the Financial Controllers time to focus on strategic elements. 

What will the Finance Manager role involve? 

• Daily management of a small finance team including credit control; 
• Oversee credit control operations with process improvements where necessary; 
• Support with all elements of transactional accounting; 
• Balance sheet reconciliations & month end adjustments; 
• Assist with project based finance tasks in partnership with the Financial Controller. 

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy: 

• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is not essential to be considered for this position;
• Previous experience running a transactional finance team is required;
• Hands on SME experience and a flexible approach to work.
