Your key areas of responsibility:

• Take charge of the management accounts and budget processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the company to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

About you:

• Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
• A keen understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience of leading and developing small Finance teams.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
