Senior Data Engineer

SR2 is partnered with a UK-based consultancy making an impact across Finance, Retail & Government, who are urgently looking to hire several Senior Data Engineers.

We are looking for Data Engineers to onboard across Q1 next year - 7 in January, 16 in February & 15 in March.

Location: All roles are London-based and have a hybrid working model. You'll have to be prepared to work in the location the client wants.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience).

Tech / Tools: Python, PySpark, SQL, ELT, Azure DataBricks, Data Factory, Snowflake, CI/CD.

Ideal background:

• 4+ years in a Data Engineering position.
• Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals.
• Good experience with Azure DataBricks, Data Factory, Snowflake, CI/CD.
• Ability to work on messy, complex real-world data challenges.
• Experience working for a consultancy / large organisation would be a big plus.
• Must have strong client-facing experience.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working across several different projects.
