Payroll Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a crucial part of the behind-the-scenes magic within Retail? We're seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team and manage the intricate task of managing the payroll function.

Responsibilities

• Processing changes, running leavers reports, tax codes and student loan reconciliations as well as other adhoc duties
• Point of contact for all payroll queries, current and relating to the new system implementation
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure precise compensation details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and confidential information related to payroll processing.
• Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintaining good relationships with various vendors

Experience

• 1+ years working in payroll or similar role
• Moderate to advanced Excel knowledge
