Your mission:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR advisor who is keen to join a fast-moving matrix organisation. You will have a chance to join an established HR team and provide advice and practical support to line managers and employees on a variety of HR subjects for assigned areas of the business across UK&I and Nordics regions. You will ensure all HR Operations procedures run smoothly and consistently maintain a high level of service to all customers, internal and external. The Senior HR Advisor will also be actively involved in leading and supporting the implementation of specific local and European projects, such as DE&I and wellbeing.

What you will do:

  • Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Manage employee relations, absence, and welfare cases while coaching managers on best practices.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and records.
  • Support performance management by guiding managers on objectives and reviews.
  • Identify training needs and support delivery with the European HR team.
  • Assist with local payroll, benefits activities, and regular reporting on headcount and budgets.
  • Collaborate on projects with Central HR to align structures and policies with regional goals.
  • Lead local initiatives to improve HR efficiency and customer service.

What we ask for:

  • Strong HR generalist experience with expertise in employment law and best practices.
  • Experience in matrix organisations, ideally with exposure to European countries.
  • Ideally have experience with HR management system such as SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable problem solver.
  • Skilled in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR systems.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, able to balance priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and positive in adapting to change.
  • Highly accurate, motivated, and deadline-driven.
