Key Responsibilities:
Secretarial Duties:
- Director's diary management and appointment scheduling
- Monitoring and managing email inboxes efficiently.
- Preparing reports on staff timesheets.
Office Administration (Full Training Provided):
- Client onboarding and managing engagement letters.
- Handling identity verification and tax registrations.
- Managing HMRC authorisation processes.
- Adhoc admin tasks
Sales Support:
- Following up on potential sales leads on behalf of the director.
