Description
The key responsibilities of a HR Advisorwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
- Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors.
- Offer guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Monitor appraisals in line with company policy.
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
- Support on the onboarding process of new starters and leavers.
- Taking lead of project management within the business.
Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS and HRMS.
- A solid understanding of labour legislation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Strong ethics and a positive attitude towards diversity.
- Ability to commute to Liverpool.
- Minimum of CIPD level 3.
