I am supporting a Private Equity backed Software Group on their search for a Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities as Management Accountant:

• Month end process - accruals and prepayments
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare month end management accounts - with commentary and analysis
• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Support CFO with data for cashflow forecast
• Assist with board pack preparation on a monthly basis - including KPI dashboard
• Assist with budgeting & forecasting process
• Assist with annual statutory audit process
• Support FC and CFO with ad-hoc project work on a regular basis

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience working in a SME
• High energy and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
• Drive and ambition!

Package:

• £60-65k
• Discretionary bonus
• Highly flexible working arrangements (1 day per week in the office)
