Management Accountant

Venn Group are currently partnered with a Housing Association based in Cambridgeshire who are looking for a driven Management Accountant to join their team.

Job title:           Management Accountant

Contract:          Temp to Perm

Location:          Cambridgeshire

Salary:             £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Duties:

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts
• Effectively liaise with budget holders, preparing and monitoring budgets and dealing resolving any queries
• Forecast and monitor cashflow
• Prepare regulatory financial returns
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
• Support with the annual preparation of service charges
• Assist with long term financial modelling
• Prepare statutory financial information, lead on audits, and deal with any queries from Auditors
• Assist with transactional finance duties including BACS payment runs and reconciliation of ledgers

Experience:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (E.g. CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience using Sun Accounts
• Intermediate / Advanced user of Excel
