Reed in Middlesbrough are working with a manufacturing business who are seeking a dedicated individual to support and drive their customer service forward. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in customer service.
Day-to-day of the role: - Handle customer complaints and monitor customer service KPIs to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Conduct job costing checks to verify correct margins and ensure financial efficiency.
- Support the customer service team by providing guidance and assistance to enhance service quality.
- Drive business efficiencies and improve customer experiences through proactive service enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in customer service within a regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and lead customer service initiatives
