Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Building Supplies

Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + Bonus Car + Benefits

The Role:
Our client is a leading national supplier of building materials into the house building sector. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales within the New Build housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within regional and national house builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the house building sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, internal sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector, with a particular emphasis on house builders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience within the building materials sector.
