IT Inventory Specialist

Vertex It Solutions are working alognside a leading UK based managed service provider who are supporting a highly reputable customer who operate in Hammersmith.

Together, we are recruiting for a customer focussed IT Inventory Specialist to work soley at their customer site.

This role operates five days on site Monday - Friday on a permanent basis.

The successful candidates' main goals would be to maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT stock and know or have access to information on the location of various IT kit i.e laptops, desktops, mobile devices.

Other duties include:

• Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and reconcile any discrepancies
• Receiving all requests for hardware, checks stock, and arranging issue of hardware for New Starters, Device Refresh, or Interns
• Use of ServiceNow, Prorizon and AMDB toolsets to meet these objectives.

To qualify:

• Exceptional time management skills, punctual and reliable.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Able to commute to Hammersmith five days per week
• A College Education in Business Administration (Nice to have)
