Description
- Developing and implementing customer & channel plans for the grocery channel.
- Negotiating and executing JBP's inline with annual requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key grocery stakeholders.
- Regularly reviewing performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.
Profile
A successful Grocery Commercial Manager should have:
- Demonstrated experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Key influencing skills from Buyer to internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Ability to deliver sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexible hours, must be able to access Surrey daily!
