ROAD FREIGHT CLERK

My clients a growing freight forwarder, seeking an Road freight clerk to join their busy team at Heathrow.

Duties would include:

• Handling road freight operations
• Import customs entries using CDS
• Sending pre-advice
• Monitoring shipments start-finish
• Liaising with hauliers to provided quotations for special collections/ deliveries
• Updating customers
• Invoicing
• General admin/ data entry

Skills required:

• Experience handling road freight
• Import customs entries experience
• CDS experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• PC literate
• Good customer service skills

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0900-1730
