Freight Forwarding Clerk

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Clerk for a well-established niche sector Freight company based in the Perivale, Middlesex area.

Role:-

- Handling of enquires, discussing requirements

- Quotations.

- Liaising with carriers regarding routes, schedules, and rates

- Booking cargo space with air, sea, and road carriers

- Preparing all shipping documentations

- Processing customs declarations

- Daily communication with customers, suppliers, third parties, subcontractors, network offices and crew regarding the details of the movements

- Keeping file administration up to date

- Preparing documents

Essential Experience

- Experience within Exports

- High level of attention to detail

- A professional individual with strong communication, presentation and numerical skills

- An individual with a genuine desire to grow their skillset with a can-do approach to all tasks set

Working on a Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700 basis
