Commercial Litigation Lawyer

A highly-regarded firm are looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their specialist Dispute Resolution team based in Surrey/Hampshire boarders. The firm is highly ranked in the legal directories; Legal 500 and Chambers UK, and many of their lawyers recognised as "Leading Lawyers" across their offices. The firm has also be recognised and awarded for many other accolades such as "Best Law Firms 2023" and "Thames Valley Property Awards" just to name a few.

Their thriving Dispute Resolution department offers sustained assistance to a diverse range of business and individual clients in a wide range array of commercial and civil litigation cases. Your primary focus will be on commercial litigation, although experience of property litigation would be useful.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with minimum 4 years' experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of UK Commercial Litigation laws and procedures.
• Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
• Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
• Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
• Have excellent written and verbally communication skills.
• Competent IT skills.
