Operations Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for an ambitious, and results-driven operations professional, with a strong engineering background  who is seeking a new challenge. We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in West Yorkshire, looking to strengthen its management team with a talented Operations Manager.

This role offers the right candidate a chance to lead operational excellence within a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and support the company’s long-term goals.

Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:

• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor a dedicated operations team
• Manage key KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce costs
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Degree qualified within an Engineering discipline
• Strong operational background within and engineering or fast paced manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop teams
• A Commercial acumen would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ambition and drive to excel and progress in a management career
