HR Manager the Role:

As the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the best talent. Your responsibilities will span:

  • People Management & Recruitment—Manage recruitment end-to-end, refine onboarding processes, and support team leaders in building high-performing teams.
  • Talent Development - Design and deliver tailored training programs, nurture leadership potential, and implement robust succession planning strategies.
  • EDI Strategy & Compliance - Ensure the organisation sets the standard for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, creating a workplace where everyone thrives.

HR Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding.
  • Lead HR policy development and ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Drive initiatives like leadership development programs and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and well-being, monitoring employee satisfaction and offering support where needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring operational excellence.
