We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at a prestigious educational institution in Gainsborough. This temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. While experience within a school setting is desired, it is not essential.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assist in the management of day-to-day HR operations.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job advertisements, and handling application queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing, including the management of sickness and absence records.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
