I am currently working with an industry leading, fast-growing technology company that have offices dotted around the UK, with this position being based around the Consett area. The IT Support Specialist position also offers a flexible hybrid working model where you are required to go into the office once a week.

The ideal IT Support Specialist should have (brownie points for all!):

• Experience in providing 1st line: Active Directory, O365, Windows &/or Apple, ITIL Framwork, VOIP.
• Experience in providing 2ndline: AD, O365, SQL, Networking, Sharepoint, VOIP, Microsoft, Azure is desirable.
• Both roles should have someone with a collaborative work style andexcellent communication skills

The salary for this position is ranging from £20K-£30K per annum and is flexible for the right superstar!

This position offers a hybrid working model and their office is located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, which is easily commutable from Whickham, Gateshead, Arthurs Hill, Hebburn, Jesmond and Wallsend.
