Join our client's top-performing institution for A-level progress, as a part-time Physics Lecturer. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality A Level, AS, GCSE, and BTEC Science courses. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated lecturer to teach A-level, BTEC, and GCSE Physics.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Physics across A-level, BTEC, and GCSE.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials based on course objectives and student needs.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students.
- Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports students’ educational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Degree in Physics or a closely related subject (e.g., Engineering).
- Experience teaching Physics up to A-level.
- Track record of excellent teaching and learning outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students aged 16-19.
- If not already qualified, willingness to obtain a Level 5 teaching qualification (support provided by the College).
