We are seeking a Physics Lecturer with a passion for science and education to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to teach A Level Physics and assist with GCSE Physics, contributing to the academic success of our students.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures in A Level Physics.
- Provide support and assistance for GCSE Physics classes.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that reflect the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Offer guidance and academic support to students during office hours.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Physics and education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and overall student experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Physics.
- A teaching qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in teaching Physics at A Level and/or GCSE.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
