Head of Formulation

Walker Cole International is looking for a Head of Formulation to join a leading global pharmaceutical company. This role will offer you the opportunity to lead the development and optimization of oral solid dosage (OSD) and other drug formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple teams and manage all formulation-related activities within the organization.
• Establishing business strategies, managing budgets, and approving major projects or changes in development approaches.
• Setting the vision for formulation development, exploring new technologies, and ensuring the department aligns with the company's broader R&D and business goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• An MSc or Ph.D. in a related scientific field.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation and product development, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing multiple dosage forms, such as oral solid dosage (OSD), liquids, injectables, inhalers, topical products, and other novel delivery systems.
• In-depth technical knowledge/analytical skills.
