Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an industry leading client in the Rotherham area to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to their well established team.

Salary:  £46,200

Shift: Panama days and nights

Duties of the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer will include: 

• Attending breakdowns and PPM’s as and when needed
• Identify and rectify faults in equipment 
• Identifying and proposing cost effective improvements to equipment 
• Schedule electrical and mechanical maintenance 
• Basic fault finding on PLC’s
• Install equipment 
• Prepare and modify equipment for maintenance stops
• Source and order equipment components 

We would be keen to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Must have experience within a Multi-skilled role previously- ideally with an electrical bias
• Good problem solving skills
• Highly organised 
• Team player
• Previous experience working on PLCs in a manufacturing or automated environment
• Strong communicator
