Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Elevation have the pleasure of working with manufacturing company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with immediate effect!

Salary: £44,000

Location: Doncaster

Hours: Days and nights on rotation (Panama shift)

Duties of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems.
• Attending to breakdowns
• Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be!
• Dealing with PPM’s
• Working within a team environment
• Fault finding

Desired experience:

• You must have at least Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based) but have experience within both sectors
• Ideally have experience within a similar environment/ job role (FMCG) but not essential
• Must have experience of working in a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role previously
• Have experience of Fault finding within previous roles
• Must have experience of working in a manufacturing environment previously
• Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)
• Experience and knowledge with PLC’s – training will be given
• Ideally have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, changing valves, conveyors and assembly machines
