We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our sales team to increase the company’s sales revenue and growth plan for new customers whilst maintaining the required margins, maximising opportunities with existing contracts, to meet and where possible exceed the targets set and will focus on the development of commercial cleaning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling various sized contracts.
• Responsible for company sales: generating new leads, developing client relationships.
• Negotiating contracts on behalf of the company with maximum possible margins.

Required Skills

• Business Development/Sales Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to identify, develop and maintain a strong pipeline
• UK Driving Licence (car provided)
• Good knowledge of the tendering and outbound sales process
• Excellent telephone manner
• A proven track record in Sales generating revenue per annum
• IT skills to include knowledge of MS Power Point
