Reed Talent Solutions are working with Fujitsu to appoint multiple 1st Line support analysts to their offices in Wakefield.

Overview of role:
We are looking for multiple Service Desk Agents to join and expand the 1st line support team based within their offices in Wakefield.
Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by their customers.
You will be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
You will be supporting a key long-term partner as they go through a digital transformation with new and interesting services and technologies being constantly introduced as they continue to modernise and embrace new ways of working.

Pay rate: £12 per hour
Shift patterns: 40 hours per week. 5 x 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm.
Location: Wakefield (full time on site)
Contract: 12 months temporary.
Start date: Role to start ASAP.
